DYNADION bows to Jan Frodeno, Sebastian Kienle and the triathlon

This year's Sailfish Night of the Year was something very special: For top triathletes Jan Frodeno and Sebastian Kienle, long, successful careers in active triathlon sport came to an end.

With their outstanding successes, both shaped the triathlon for many years and helped it gain great popularity in Germany.

The Sailfish Night of the Year gave reason to respectfully honor both of them and to bid them farewell at the same time.

With the current triathlon world champion Sam Laidlow in attendance, it also provided the setting to honor the impressive achievements of Germany's young athletes: In particular, the current 70.3 world champion Rico Bogen and Selina Klamt, with their two first places at the World Championships (Olympic distance) and the European Championships (Sprint & Relay), were honored as newcomers of the year.
