Lower or increase skin temperature – physically measurable!

Thermobran technology allows the skin's temperature to be specifically increased or decreased – and this can be physically measured, over a period of up to 3-5 hours, and incrementally by up to 5°C. This allows the thermal exchange between the body and the environment to be controlled and adapted to the needs of the situation.

The basis of DYNADION's thermobran© effects is a chitosan biopolymer with thermal conductivity properties. It is a hydrogel that creates an internal thermal water reservoir. This hydrogel is compatible with the skin's cell membrane complex because it is biomimetic, meaning it is identical to nature. Thus, the hydrogel is absorbed into the cell membrane complex, i.e., into the outermost layer of the skin, and acts not only on the skin, but particularly within it. Due to the hydrogel's skin-identical structure, its effect is similar to that of the skin, providing natural and completely non-irritating protection.

Using the thermal water reservoir, thermobran© technology can transport cooling or warming active ingredients into the skin, store them there, and release them into the skin in a targeted manner. This is the basis of the thermobran© effects, i.e., the thermoactivity of DYNADION products.

  • -… as a thermal buffer:

When the skin is specifically heated or cooled by the active ingredients of DYNADION® products, the biopolymer absorbs this thermal energy and releases it into the environment. This creates a targeted heat or cold buffer in the skin.

  • -… as a thermal shield:

External cold or heat exposure is primarily reflected or absorbed by the biopolymer and not directly transmitted to the skin. It therefore has biochemically insulating properties.

  • -… as a thermal bridge:

Here, heat is (a) specifically directed into the body (use of warming DYNADION products) to increase metabolism (e.g. for muscle regeneration), or (b) specifically removed from the body (use of cooling DYNADION products) to ensure targeted heat dissipation (e.g. to increase performance through forced cooling).

PERFUSION causes a long-lasting warming of the surrounding tissue on the skin and also stimulates blood circulation.
