Review Garmisch Ultratrail Event

The Salomon Zugspitz Ultratrail 2023 was an impressive trail running event with a record number of participants. More than 3000 runners completed the 6 competitions in optimal conditions and reached the finish line in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The Ultratrail competition brought an impressive 3-fold triumph for the Germans. It was particularly exciting in the women's race, where Ruth Croft from New Zealand achieved the fastest time of the day in the Ehrwald Trail. Austria and Great Britain secured victories in the Leutasch Trail. Flo Reichert and Jasmin Nunige were at the top of the podium at the Mittenwald Trail. At the Grainau Trail, outstanding times were achieved on the "beginner's trail". Finally, there was a double triumph for Salomon at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Trail.
